Guest-book house rules

The guest book is a public space for short messages from visitors and learners. Every entry is read by a moderator before it appears.

House rules

• Keep it short, plain text and relevant to RNK Academy.
• No links, email addresses, phone numbers or other contact details.
• No personal information about anyone, including yourself beyond the name you choose to show.
• No harassment, hate, threats, spam or advertising.
• Honest criticism is welcome. Complaints that need a reply are better sent privately through the feedback form or the help page.

What we publish

Only your chosen public name and your message, and only after you agree to public display. We never show your email address, your enrollment, your results or your legal name unless you chose it as your public name. Messages shown on the homepage need your separate permission, and we will ask before using a message in advertising.

Changing or removing your message

Use the private link you received when you submitted it to check its status or withdraw it at any time. A moderator may ask for a correction, or decline or remove an entry that breaks these rules. [email protected]
