Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to find a course, enroll, learn and be assessed fairly.
What we do
- The site works with a keyboard, shows a visible focus outline, and labels every form field.
- Text meets readable contrast in light and dark modes, and the layout adapts to phones from 320 pixels wide.
- Error messages explain what to fix and link to the field.
- Times are shown in each class's time zone with your local time alongside.
- Course materials are searchable PDF documents; other formats are available on request.
- Seat holds and exam timers are enforced on our server; extra time agreed as an accommodation is added automatically to your test appointments.
Requesting accommodations
Signed-in learners can request accommodations privately. You can also send an Accessibility request from the help page before you create an account or pay. We only ask for the information needed to arrange an accommodation and do not require medical documents by default.
Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We last checked the site on 24 October 2026, with automated WCAG 2.2 A and AA testing of the public pages and the learner pages, in light and dark modes, at desktop and phone sizes. Automated testing cannot find every problem, so we also rely on your reports and fix what we learn about.
