- Choose your class. Select an available date and review all meeting times before you pay.
- Learn and apply. Access your materials, attend scheduled sessions and complete the required work.
- See your outcome. Review your assessment result and download any completion record included with the course.
Enrolling and paying
When you choose a class we check its prerequisites, deadline and availability, and hold a place for you for 180 minutes while you check out. You pay on our payment provider's secure page; RNK Academy never sees or stores your card details.
Your place is confirmed only when the payment provider confirms your payment. You'll then see the enrollment and your receipt in your dashboard, even if the confirmation email is delayed. If a payment is still being confirmed, your dashboard says so; please don't pay twice.
Learning
Each course is organized into ten modules with lesson notes, slides, a hands-on lab and a quiz, plus a capstone project. Your progress is saved to your account so you can pick up on any device. Live classes list each meeting's date, time and joining details in your dashboard.
Assessment and results
Labs, quizzes, a final exam and a capstone each count toward your result, with weights and pass thresholds published on the course page. Final exams are booked as specific appointments with a proctor. Results are released by your instructor, and you can ask for a review if something looks wrong.
Getting help
You can send a private help request at any time, including before you create an account. Accessibility and accommodation requests stay private and are shared only with the staff who arrange them.
